We knew they’d put in an order for books, but we hadn’t seen Geek Dad in any Costco’s. Well, now we’ve got evidence! (thanks to my father-in-law Bob for catching this!) [...] I seriously start tearing up when I watch this! [...] This Thursday morning, I’ll doing (what they call in “the biz”) a “radio tour.” This basically means I’ll be sitting at home, and every 15 minutes doing an interview on another radio show somewhere in America. [...] Amazon: American Booksellers Association [...] Popular west-coast localized parenting site Red Tricycle has included Geek Dad in a quick hit on books for dads for Father’s day: http://www.redtri.com/a-pair-of-fathers-day-books-built-for-fun/ [...] On Twitter yesterday, I saw Cory Doctorow (he of Boing Boing and many great bestselling novels) mention he’d be speaking at Powell’s that night, and asked him if he’d snap a picture of my book there if he saw it. Well, low and behold, he did! Thanks Cory! [...] If you’re in the Bay Area, stop by and say hello! [...] I’m going to try to do these regularly – weekly if warranted – so anyone who is interested can follow what’s happened with the book and where I’ll be popping up.
